He is a certified TPMA (Trainer Performance, Monitoring and Assessment) trainer and will tailor his core skills courses of; Development and Pre-Production; Production and Shooting; Post-Production/Editing; Distribution, so that the skills that candidates learn will meet their specific needs and requirements.

Karl Denny Consultant

Karl is a hybrid of a seasoned business analyst, project manager, consultant and trainer. This helps him use his strengths in understanding people and processes and getting things done. Throughout the process of training, he never forgets the solution is always about people. Lead people and the results will happen. 20 years ago Karl moved from sales to IT training, running large scale solutions to companies--including Jimmy Choo, The Royal Opera House, NATO, BNP Paribas, Jaguar, GSK and many others. Now he embraces his passion of business skills training, after realising that real solutions are found when you inspire the client and develop their personal skills. He found that after two decades of training, business analysis and hundreds of projects, training didn’t fix problems in business, neither did thousands of hours of analysis nor projects and programmes. He found that it's people who fix problems and that when we focus on people, they will train, build and create the solutions that will have a much longer impact and influence on the success of the company. Karl has developed 12 unique professional skills courses which have been implemented in several Blue Chip and Fortune 500 companies, as well as to military, healthcare and government organisations around the world. Whatever course you choose to be run by Karl, three results come out of his training approach. 1: Each topic is task focused. There will always be something the delegates can work on during and after the course that they can develop into a habit. 2: Karl focuses on helping delegates find answers to their issues, rather than simply prescribing a one-size-fits-all solution. 3: Real life examples are always used, and where possible, the training takes into consideration company culture, delegate needs and expectations.
